Do not refuse shipment or return it without approval, because the buyer?s right to make a damage claim may be denied. A signed receipt without any notation indemnified the carrier as well as Anderson Composites from any further damage claims. Get the INSURANCE!!!!
My chair broke. Almost at the one year mark… I’m so glad I got the insurance! I put in my claim (it was easy) and it was resolved within 72 hours. Sometimes I decline the insurance because it turns out to be more hassle than it’s worth but Asurion came through!
