The prep table offers 7.8 cu. ft. of refrigerated cabinet storage with two adjustable shelves rated to hold up to 90 lbs each, providing ample room for extra ingredients. The top section includes 15 standard GN1/6 food pans for convenient access to frequently used ingredients. A full-length polyethylene cutting board provides a hygienic, stable workspace and can be easily removed for cleaning.
Analog temperature control maintains a precise 33–41°F range to keep ingredients fresh and food-safe. Self-closing doors with a 90-degree stay-open feature improve workflow efficiency, while removable magnetic door gaskets make cleaning and maintenance simple. The insulated top rail lid retains cold air for better energy efficiency and optimal freshness.
